If you always play with the same racket, we recommend the following alternating rhythm: Training once a week - change the strings after approx. 3/4 of a year to a year. Training 2x to 3x per week - replace the strings after approx. 1/4 year. Training 4 or more times a week - replace the strings of your racquet after four to six weeks.
